TrueVision and Weigao Group Sign Letter of Intent to Create a Joint Venture to Commercialize TrueVision’s Microsurgical 3D Visualization and Guidance Platform in China
In February, 2010, our client, TrueVision Systems, Inc., announced that it signed a letter of intent (LOI) with the Weigao Group (WEGO) to create a Chinese joint venture (JV) called WEGO-TrueVision to build and distribute TrueVision products in China.
In October, 2018, we had the opportunity to work with Grupo Kalos in Mexico, some of Mexico’s largest commercial properties, when our client, Textured Coatings of America, Inc., coated their buildings being built and refurbished.
