Marc Fleischman sworn in as Montecito Rotary president

Santa Barbara lawyer Marc Fleischman is the 2014-2015 president of the Rotary Club of Montecito, a chapter of the world-wide service organization Rotary International.

Mr. Fleischman—the founder and principal in the Law Offices of Marc E. Fleischman, a law practice limited to corporate, commercial, real estate and international matters—was sworn in as president in July and will serve through June 2015.

Conway Family Wines premieres three new spring wines

Conway Family Wines, a local family-owned and operated winery, will premiere three new white wines this spring.

In July 2011, the Conway Family opened the Deep Sea Wine tasting room on Stearns Wharf. The Conways produce estate- and locally-sourced wines under the Deep Sea and Conway labels.

Laura A. Reiland has been named a partner at Northrup Schlueter APLC, a full-service law firm in Santa Barbara, according to founding partner Linda L. Northrup and partner David S. Schlueter.

Ms. Reiland previously worked for the firm as a senior associate along with Sarah Jane Robinson and Ana Estephan.

Ms. Reiland focuses on the areas of construction defect litigation and general liability defense, representing builders, general contractors and subcontractors.
